|This Level 1 class will focus on building on the concepts learned in Let’s Get Tumbling while introducing constant hip over head rotation: Front Walkover, Back Walkover, Valdez’, Switch Leg Back Walkover, Back Limber and Roundoff with STRONG rebound.|
Prerequisites: Mastery of following skills or Coach approval: Forward Roll, Backwards Roll, Handstand, Handstand Forward Roll, Bridge Down from standing, Bridge Kickover, Roundoff, Cartwheel.
