At Maryland Twisters there is a team for you! We offer Elite, Prep, High School, and Special Athletes teams!
All Star Elite is our full year signature program that houses teams from levels 1 through 6 in all age categories. Our Hanover gym has teams at every level broken out into age groups of tiny, mini, youth, junior & senior. The elite program is highly decorated and have also won top 3 at The Summit. We are best known for our three-time World Championship level 6 team, F5 & have been seen competing on Fox Sports Network. All elite teams travel to compete locally, regionally & some nationally. Our training season runs June through early May. For more information on our elite program, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The High School League was created for those athletes in light of the potential postponement of fall sports. The high school teams will train every Monday from August – January, just in time for a potential fall season in February! They will also have a tumbling class included one day per week. The High School League will compete at least twice before the end of January at specific local events. Our focus is fun & to keep the athletes trained in the sport they love! For more information on the League, please email email@example.com.
1/2 year PREP program is designed for those who don’t want the commitment of the elite season. Prep runs from November through March and competes several times locally. If our prep program is of interest, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Non Stunt teams were launched this month in light of athletes wanting a no contact option! All building skills will be eliminated from this format. Routines will focus on standing & running tumbling, jumps, and dance. This is a great option for those wanting to cheer but fearful of the stunting! For more information on the non stunt program, please email email@example.com.
The Maryland Twisters take great pride in our Special Athletes cheer program. Our teams provide athletes the opportunity to compete and exhibition in their own division alongside their peers at all-star cheerleading venues. They perform an all-star routine just like any other team, choreographed with stunting, tumbling and dance.
