Athletes will build the foundational elements of their tucks while learning how to control their rebound. Athletes will learn other level 3 elite skills. Skills to be worked on: roundoff handspring tuck, punch fronts, side ariels, FWO aeriels.
Prereqs – multiple standing handsprings and roundoff handsprings, walkover handsprings and fly springs.
All Maryland Twisters gym locations will observe the following holiday closures in 2021.
