We love cheerleading! And it can easily be seen and felt the moment you walk into our beautiful gym. You don’t have to be a Twister athlete to benefit from our training program. We work with athletes at all levels: Recreation, High School, College, Professional and Allstar.

All Star Elite is our full year signature program that houses teams from levels 1 through 6 in all age categories. The elite program is highly decorated and have also won top 3 at The Summit. We are best known for our three-time World Championship level 6 team F5 & have been seen competing on Fox Sports Network. All elite teams travel to compete locally, regionally & some nationally. Our training season runs June through early May. For more information on our elite program, please email tom@marylandtwisters.com.1/2 year PREP program is designed for those who don’t want the commitment of the elite season. Our facility in Sterling Virginia is truly one of a kind! With 13,000 square feet of training space, Twisters in Virginia is one of the larger gyms in the area! We are in Sterling, Virginia in Loudoun County.
We’re equipped with 3 full size spring floors. Our gym also houses a tumble track, air track, and a rod floor! We have welcoming viewing areas to observe your athlete’s private lesson, class, or practice. We even have TVs with a live stream of the practice floors!
